Adolfo Cruz Luthmer, 10Pearls LATAM Managing Director, Elected as President at CAMTIC
We are delighted to announce that our very own Managing Director in 10Pearls LATAM, Adolfo Cruz Luthmer, has been elected as Board President at CAMTIC. The chamber, which collaborates with a network of over 200 companies, is dedicated to championing technological leadership and sustainable innovation for Costa Rica and its partners.
Since joining 10Pearls as Managing Director in 2021, Adolfo has focused on investing in initiatives that promote diversity and gender equality within the tech industry. He has been instrumental in managing the company’s expansion in LATAM and advancing its nearshore development capabilities. Adolfo’s dedication to empowering the underrepresented groups in the tech industry is exemplified in the recent expansion of 10Pearl’s LATAM Women In Tech initiative. The successful event, held on February 10, 2024, at Universidad Latina (Costa Rica), gathered professionals and students from the tech and science fields.
As Board President, Adolfo plans to continue to drive CAMTIC’s mission to strengthen and support the ecosystem of digital technologies in Costa Rica. “This honor reflects the trust and support of our partners and a shared commitment to growth and innovation in the technological field within our industry,” said Adolfo.
