10Pearls Recognized as a Best Tech Work Culture Finalist for the Second Year in a Row
Tech in Motion and the local community has chosen 10Pearls as a finalist for ‘Best Tech Work Culture’ in the 2021 Timmy Awards, celebrating the best people and workplaces in tech across North America. Best Tech Work Culture finalists have shown what it means to having a rewarding team environment, going beyond perks to bring together tech employees over a shared mission: innovation, learning, and technical creativity.
This marks the second consecutive year 10Pearls has been recognized for its values-based culture—proof that although the workplace looks different now, strong core principles and a great team can help businesses thrive.
Next Stop: The Regional Timmy Awards
With each city’s winners decided by popular vote here, it will be Washington DC’s tech community who decides if 10Pearls will represent Washington DC in the national round, judged by industry leaders from companies like Netflix, Paypal, and Oracle. You can vote for 10Pearls as Best Work Culture once daily until September 27th, when the votes will be tallied. Regional winners per category will be announced in early October.
The 2021 Timmy Awards Ceremony will once again be an entirely digital experience honoring this year’s best tech startups, managers, and employers, as well as those using technology for good.
