Refund Policy

We believe in satisfying and delighting our patrons. We also have an easy transparent cancellation policy to cancel your annual good health program subscription anytime within 90 days from the date of subscription.

Cancellation is allowed without any questions asked and the services for the unused subscription period can be refunded or transferred to any one of your family members. For eg., if the cancellation of the annual subscription is done during the 3rd month then the services for the subscription pertaining to the remaining unused 9 months can be refunded or transferred.

Flexibility to freeze and unfreeze the subscription for a mutually agreed defined period due to long international travel is also accommodated.

Once we validate your claim for a refund, the refund will be initiated immediately and processed within 5 to 7 business days.


Refund is only available for annual subscriptions not for the individual consults
